We do need more public support to keep our Markets going, especially the Friday Market, which is still located on Cowper Road Car Park. The Town Council are continually pursuing the right to move back to the Market Place but it is a long process, so please take those few extra steps to visit the stall holders if you are in town on a Friday. Our Tuesday Market is held on the Market Place and our Farmers Market is held on The Railway Station Car Park on the 2nd Saturday of every month.
